I’m a 500-hour Hatha yoga teacher, a pilates instructor, and a certified life coach. I live on a remote Greek island called Samos with my family and our three cats!
This website was created to share with you, a woman in (peri)menopause, tools, tips, and practices that will help you navigate this phase of hormonal and emotional shifts to support you in transforming your life from the inside out through yoga and holistic wellness.
Through yoga practices specifically designed for the challenges you face in (peri)menopause, breathwork, mindfulness techniques, and other mind-body practices, you will be able to turn within and gain more peace, perspective, and balance during this important phase of your life.
I’ve been working with women in (peri)menopause for almost ten years — and I’m one myself. I understand what it’s like to feel your body changing, to notice shifts in how your mind works, and to search for answers that aren’t always easy to find.
My passion is to help you reconnect with your body, understand what’s really going on, and feel empowered with the tools and knowledge to advocate for yourself. Every woman deserves to be taken seriously and supported through this powerful, often confusing, chapter of life.
I believe that yoga is one of the most potent tools for transformation, especially during midlife and (peri)menopause. Aside from its philosophical aspect, it is deeply practical and offers specific tools to help us develop a healthy lifestyle, one that can help us regain balance, confidence, and emotional resilience.
